sony vaio battery wont charge

Hy, i just changed the motherboard of a sony vaio sve1111mew and changed its windows 8.1 with windows 7 and now my battery wont charge. it says plugged in and charging 0% and it is not charging, what can i do? please help me

Sony batteries have intellectual chip inside that stores its number, temperature and other parameters. These parameters are
stored in BIOS EEPROM of your laptop as well. Your laptop uses SMBus SCL line to check if it uses its battery. If not
battery will not be charged. Don't attempt to disassemble the battery unless you have special knowledge. Chip inside
is very tricky and will block itself. Don't attempt to charge battery elsewhere except notebook. What should you do?
There is a software that will update your laptop BIOS and will remove crafted sly checks. After that you can use your
new battery.

I have the exact same problom though i have not changed any hardware. i have only made a clean 8.1 install.
Usavich what is this program i have download and install? Just the bios update?
