Best Thermal Compound for Laptops 2014?

Looking for the best I can get right now. I have an old Arctic Silver 5 but I swear I think it's getting darker over age and I think... that's probably not good. My guess is this stuff ages. I bought a 12 gram back then, so I guess I should order less.

Anyway, regardless of price, what's the best thermal compound that's removable? I'm using an Origin PC (Clevo 17" Chassis, quite accessible for a laptop really) and I'm pretty sure it has copper heatsinks because it's got that gold color to it (Foxconn labels too).

My processor is i7 Extreme 2920XM overclocked, and my GPU is an NVIDIA 580m

Any ideas? I hear AS5 is kinda on it's way out, hence why I wanted to post this first :)

I've gotten the hang of applying AS5, so I figure I'd not mind a slightly bigger challenge now, but I'm not gonna claim to be a pro...

Oh! And what pastes are best for that erm... sticky pad stuff? I mean what motherboards usually have on them that come in those pink, white, and blue colors. I think I need to replace that as well - I haven't done so since I got the computer and they now got cat hair on them ~_~... I have a cat and it's been quite terrible on my computer's insides, honestly. It's why I have to open my computer to clear crap out so often - it just collects in there ever 3 months or so. I'm moving soon though, and my room will be more off-limits there.

Thanks!

Hmm, well that was actually lower-rated in the official benchmarking post in 2013 it seems: http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/thermal-paste-performance-benchmark,3616-7.html

I really just asked because that post wasn't really clear on any of them being upper, no real clear "This one is awesome" one, and maybe there's new stuff in 2014, I dunno.

So yeah, figured I'd ask. I need something that is removable but it doesn't have to be super-easy either. What I care about most is it's conductivity and that it's removable.

I should also be asking what the best compound remover is. I need some. I've been using disinfectant alcohol (75%) and I'm not sure if that's okay or not. Just figured it'd be best since it's sterilizing, evaporates quickly, and leaves things very dry (no water to leave).

Mine is more like a bare rectangle. It's bigger than most mobile CPUs I've looked at. Which I kinda expected, being it's a high-end CPU and all.

I'd have to order from TaoBao or Tmall being that I currently live in China, haha.

Keep in mind I'll be using it on my GPU as well. Would also like to know what would be best for the chipset and stuff (the pad-like compounds).

Looks like "Coolabratory" takes the cake in benchmarks I'm looking at...
