I get FPS Drops in like every game... I mean every game , even Age of Empires 2. I got those little devils for two years now ,and it is starting to become overly frustrating. I took my PC to a professional guy and said that theoretically it shouldn't lag, and when he tried it out, BAM, no FPS drops. Aparently it only has FPS Drops when it is at home, is there any kind of curse on me? Please help.

You don't check temps by touching the hardware. You monitor it using a program like CoreTemp.

While it doesn't SOUND like you have a heat issue, you should always verify before ruling a potential problem out. Process of elimination won't work unless you can completely rule something out by using evidence.

Insufficient continuos POWER might be the problem. You obviously can't play games at the professional prson's place, so depending on your CPU you can try this: Turn on TurboCore (AMD), and/or LLC (Load Line Calibration) (AMD/Intel).

Other than that, you can overclock your CPU and GPU depending on your motherboard and the CPU and GPU themselves.

I'm sorry, I forgot about the specs, here they are :
AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Processing Unit 6000+ 3.11 Ghz
3.00 Gb of RAM
32bit operating system( WIndows 7)
nVidia GeForce 610 video card 1024mb
I just downloaded a temperature monitor (Real Temp 3.70), and it says "This processor is not suported"

Well, Yeah , maybe , but it doesn't seem hot at all at touch, and there are about 19*C in my room, not to mention that my PC is oppened. Also , I remember when I got my PC back from the guy that tried to repair it, it was winter and had to walk a hundred meters with it , staying in -10 degrees, powered it on straight when I arived home, still lagged.
