i only need a cpu for gaming, and 4670 is better than 8350. i don't need to overclock the cpu. the mobo must be compatible with the asus gtx 770 dc2oc. is it?

cpu cooler - cheap and very efective
tower - a decent quality case with intake dust filters

since you cant be overclocking the stock cpu cooler will suffice. you dont actually need the aftermarket one.!

i prefer corsair tower cause are elegant and quality built. any case would be good as long as has intake filters and has proper cable management! do your research and find a tower to feed your needs and looks! ;)

but do i need dust filters only in bottom or in top too?

well most towers have filters in the front and on the botom in the psu area. dont use a fan as intake if there isnt a dust filter.

i have this one Corsair Obsidian Series 550D has filters everywhere and sound dumping material!:D

best airflow achieved using in front fan(s) as intake and back or on top fan(s) as exsaust

550w of that power supply are enough, more important though is the 12v rail ability. 44A are more than enough to run your specs!

http://techreport.com/review/24897/the-big-haswell-psu-compatibility-list

''According to Intel's presentation at IDF, the new Haswell processors enter a sleep state called C7 that can drop processor power usage as low as 0.05A. Even if the sleeping CPU is the only load on the +12V rail, most power supplies can handle a load this low. The potential problem comes up when there is still a substantial load on the power supply's non-primary rails (the +3.3V and +5V). If the load on these non-primary rails are above a certain threshold (which varies by PSU), the +12V can go out of spec (voltages greater than +12.6V). If the +12V is out of spec when the motherboard comes out of the sleep state, the PSU's protection may prevent the PSU from running and will cause the power supply to "latch off". This will require the user to cycle the power on their power supply using the power switch on the back of the unit.''
