Can you please upload the full dmp file to a host so we may download it? BCP1 is a common error code, it is an access violation. This points to either a problem with ram or drivers. Have you installed anything new lately? Updated anything?
At the risk of sounding dumb, I only know enough to get myself in trouble. Where would I find the file to upload it? I wrote everything down but I think I tossed the paper. I have not installed anything , the only updates would be windows which are on auto so not sure. I was desperate so I ran combofix, except I'm not to sure how to read the log. My pc seems to be ok, for now anyway. My biggest fear is some type of virus or hack, I was on skype when it happened , after I blocked an unknown person that showed up on my contacts....not sure if that had anything to do with it
