Hard drive for Dell Optiplex 780 SFF

I have a dell optptiplex 780 sff with a 1TB drive in it....is it possible to upgrade it to 2TB. Has any one tried a 2TB drive in one of these computers

Thanks! I was looking at the WD20EZRX (2TB WD Green). Right now i have the WD10EZEX (1TB WD Blue) and it is working good in this system, installed with VMWare ESXi, but 2TB would allow me to add more VMs.
