It's also affecting games. I've been trying to play Dark Souls 2 for hours and it keeps disconnecting for rather long periods of time.

But it goes down just as i try to buy fallout 3 ,coincidence I think not

Steam goes up and down steamdown.net, I wonder whats up with steam with all of these issues they have been having for months.
