Dump: http://www.filedropper.com/050114-9157-01

My build:
MB: Gigabyte 990fx-ud3
GPU: Gigabyte gtx 660ti
CPU: AMD FX 8350 stock speed @ 4.0ghz
RAM: 16gb G.Skill Ares 1866
650W PSU
OS: Win 7 ult. x64- fresh install

The Problem: BSOD's while ingame. No specific time, just randomly BSOD's. Happens only during games...so far.

What I have done:
Ran Furmark- no overheating; or artifacts.
Ran memtest86 for 12 hours, no errors.
Reformatted; reinstalled windows- seemed to help; less BSOD's. But didn't cure it obviously.
Scanned with malwarebytes.

The thing that I found interesting is that I was having absolutely no problems with this PC, UNTIL I started using my new Corsair Vengeance 2100 Wireless Headset. I have re-installed the drivers for it multiple times, using multiple different driver releases starting with the newest. I am at a loss for what the issue is.

P1 c0000005 is a status access violation, which is actually one of the more common error codes we see. I would say that it is either drivers or ram, and since you ran memtest, you are prob having a driver problem.

I uninstalled the NVIDIA HD Audio driver along with the other NVIDIA audio driver, and I am uninstalling the corsair headset driver now. I am waiting to restart my pc since I am currently scanning with malwarebytes and don't feel like re-scanning because I'm over halfway done.

The headset drivers....your problems started with the installation of the headset drivers, as such, one mush instantly assume that since you are getting a possible driver related crash, that is the one. You are prob having a driver conflict.
