I had a Radeon 5750 and I got around 60-80 FPS give or take. I would lag and have unstable gameplay in gunfight interactions. I upgraded my PSU from a 300w to a 520w, upgraded my gpu from the 5750 to a GTX650 (130$ difference?) and I get worse fps in the game with the new card.

What's the problem? Is it my cpu? Something I did wrong? Drivers? Settings? Any help is appreciated. I was expecting to get at LEAST a +30 FPS boost. Just something to help smooth the gameplay out.

CS:GO is heavily relying on the CPU so if your CPU isnt very good i would say put it on 1024x768 that would smooth it out a bit
