I'm building a custom PC for a friend and I want some feedback. I'm making this build expandable so if he wants to upgrade it he can. His budget is up to $700. He has peripherals and an OS. Here's the build:

Dude if you used that build your friend will kill you try this: Intel i5 4430. Gigabyte GA-B85-HD3. G.skill ripjaws 8GB ddr3 1333mhz. Western digital blue 1TB. EVGA geforce GTX 660 2GB. Cosair 200R case. EVGA 500watt 80 plus power supply.

I wanted to keep the price nearer to the $600-650 range. Yours came out to around $800. Thanks for the suggestion, but this won't work for me.

No need for an SSD at this type of budget. Put the money where it counts for gaming (CPU, GPU, PSU). Plus the 760 will run circles around the 6670.

Would this build be upgradeable if he wants to change the memory or GPU down the line? Would it be able to handle higher end hardware?
