So, I have a computer running on a Gigabyte GA-78LMT board: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128565.
It claims to be able to support drives +2.2 TB in size. However, I recently add a 4 TB drive. I can set up a partition that is larger than 2.2 TB in size, however when I reboot, it sits at: verifying dmi pool data.
I have tried resetting the CMOS settings to the default "fail-safe." If I remove the 4 TB drive, everything is fine. I also made sure that the settings in the CMOS are set to use hybrid-EFI are enabled. Am I missing something here? Why isn't this working?
