Ok so i just ordered new parts to build a new computer. After my friend and i put the computer together it works perfectly fine! So when it came time to sleep i put the newly built computer into sleep mode. And now it will NOT power back on. We made sure its not the psu, the power cord, the switch, or the ram by switching them out on his computer. What is wrong and what can i do to fix this? Should i go ahead and do they warranty for the motherboard?

Btw my specs are
PSU-350w Antech Basic
Processor-AMD A45300
RAM-G Skill ARES
HDD- Terabyte WD
Motherboard- Gigabyte F2A55M-DS2

Remove everything, first remove back I/O connectors and press power button to see if it works, if it doesn't then pull out HDD connectors then turn on, then ram if it doesn't turn on. If it still doesn't work then pull everything out and as well as power cord and CPU and then put them all back together.

One problem is that probably one of your cable either on your back I/O or USB pins(on MOBO) is sucking all the power from the PSU(juice that is enough to turn on computer)
