Is it possible to connect a Comcast Technicolor Tc8305c internet router that is 1 Gb speed wireless to also use a wired connection at the same time. But the wired connection on a House Phoneline as it isn't used at all.

Solution
You can use wireless and wired devices on the router at the same time.

I take it you want to use the phone-line jack in one room and connect it to the phoneline in another room?
If that is the case this is a possibility, most newer homes wire the phone with the same cat5 ethernet cable that you use for internet. To do this though you would need to swap the wall jacks for ethernet (rj45) jacks, and you would need to go to where your phonelines are teminated, dissconnect those two rooms and punch them down into an ethernet patch panel.
To do this you would need the ethernet jacks, wall plates, patch panel, punch down tool, and either a tone generater and probe or a digitial multimeter.

While it is not a high difficult level it is not...

While it is not a high difficult level it is not simple easy either. A much easier option would be to get a powerline network kit, TP-Link has a decent 500mpbs kit for $30-40 USD.
