Should I change the i5 4440 to a i3 4130 and get a SSD?
I will be most likely be playing League of Legends and Minecraft.

No. It's easier to add a ssd later than it would be to upgrade to an i5 later.

Plus, I would trust the i3 4130 with any video card up to the GTX760. I would not pair the i3 with a 770.

no, keep the build you have right now. You can get an SSD later, it's nice, but not required. Us with SSD's just get spoiled by them. a 7200rpm hdd is fine for the OS, I just wouldn't advise a slow 5400rpm one haha.

Good build btw, you should max everything on 1080p basically

You could drop to the GTX 760 and get a 120gb SSD with the saved money, the gtx 760 isn't horrible, but the 770 is nice.

I would NOT downgrade to a dualcore though.

Although, if you're ONLY playing LoL and Minecraft, why spend so much on a gtx 770?

I wouldn't downgrade anything. You can add a ssd later when you get more money.
