Asus GTX770 2G vs MSI Radeon R9 270x 2GB

I'm thinking about which one I should get..
I will have 8gb of ram and my cpu will either be i5-4440 or the i3-4130.

Which one should I get?

  1. The 770 will beat the 270x easily.
  2. Yes it will. 270x challenges the 760/750ti. It's kinda in between.
  3. the 770 does better all games, which the 770 can max out any game at 1080p, whilst the R9 270X can't for quite a few modern games.

    Between the CPU's get the i5 4440, as with a GTX 770, it'll be the best as the i3 will lack with two cores, as new games need more then two to run at their best.

    Wrong I3 4130 have 2cores and 2threads means quad core.dont u know anout hyper threading

    Hyperthreading splits the cores up (use more effectively and efficiently), with most modern day games, the (4) Logical cores are all used up! Hyperthreading doesn't Create 2 more cores. More then 2 heavy threads are needed now days, look it up unless you want me to prove it.

    There is a reason why modern day games require an i5, because they require more then 2 cores, aka (4) Logical. Don't you know this?

    What do you think those threads are made of? Magic dust and unicorn farts? No. They are extensions of the main core that can not do as much as one core. They help in applications where the main core stalls. Hypertheading =/= more cores.

    I dont ask u to tell me meaning of 'HT'.I was trying to tell u because i3 have 4 logicals (just like quad core)because u said i3 will have 2cores(actually 4)and will not optimized for next gen games.So i wanted to tell u it i3 is optmized because of 4 cores.Actually the newer(next gen)games will require atleast 4 to 6cores(6 with HT or FX series).Thank u.

    But logical cores =/= real cores. HT cores will not make up for 4 real cores.

    I know it maximized usage of each core so it breaks 1core/2threads.So 2cores/4threads.Also doing this speed up programs like video encoding and very heavy gaming.

    Only some types of games. However a 4c/4t will always beat a 2c/4t so your origonal statement of "I3 4130 have 2cores and 2threads means quad core" isn't correct.

    what? 4 logical cores does not mean double cores, It does have 2 cores, that is why is is a dual core processor! The cores are split up, not making 4 cores.What are you on about!

    I am explaining what HT is, because you have the wrong idea of it.
