I'm looking to build my first gaming PC. I have this so far http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3BTwp any good please tell me the BEST build for 1300$. I would like to run games like DayZ,BF4,Rust etc on high to max settings.

Ok, so onlz because i didnt get my question answered just like you i will help you now 
If you want to play only games without videoediting you can only get the 4670K. I have no idea why did you choose Xeon cpu, since its the same as I7 but its locked. It makes no sence. Also if you want to play games like BF4 ( AMD optimized ) its better to get the R9 290/X card, i am a huge AMD fan but that what i said is true, but that doesnt mean that you are not going to get decent FPS with the 770. This is what i came up with :
