Geforce GTX 750 and 300 watt psu?

I have acquired an old Dell Optiplex with a 300-watt psu. Current processor is Pentium D 945 (95-watt), single hard drive, single case fan, no add-on cards. I have XP installed as OS, 2GB DDR3 ram. The question is, will the psu be able to supply a GTX 750 at full draw? Current graphics card is 8400GS, but it honestly sucks. Thanks

Yeah, dont worry.

the gtx 750 says recommended 300w psu.

You can run it in your DELL it's a low power draw card.

According to the mfg specs a 300w PSU is the minimum required to run the GTX 750.

The link below shows 68w at max. by my math you should be good with 300w PSU

IF you don't overclock the pentium d 945 it will be good. but if oc that CPU maybe your powersupply will burn.
