Bought more ram, PC doesnt start

So I built my PC and everything runs great. Except I decided to buy more ram (of the same kind). I had G skill ripjaw 2x2 sticks and decided to order another pair. Once I put in the new ram my computer lights up but doesn't start up and shuts off. Any help would be great.
My motherboard is a MSI Z77A-G45

Try taking out the RAM you had an replacing it with the new sticks. Works? Try placing in other slots. Works?
Board should be fine since its max memory supported is 32GB.

Any beeps?

Mixing DRAM can be problematic, even with the same exact sets, try with two sticks, go into BIOS and add +0.05 to the DRAM voltage and same with the VTT or CPUVTT ( the MC (memory controller)) voltage
