corsair vs series has no certification
so evga it is

if you live in US, pick xfx 550 http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1550sxxb...

very limitied psu to choose from here in philippines so the corsair and evga are the cheaper option for my budget gaming pc so the EVGA 500B 500W is good enough for sapphire r9 270x vapor x? i'm not going to overclock it.
Here's the rest of the parts i'm building

AMD Vishera FX-6300 3.50GHZ

Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P

NZXT Source 210 Window

Kingston HyperX Fury 4GB Single DDR3 1600 CL10

Sapphire R9-270X Vapor-X Boost OC 2GB DDR5

Western Digital Caviar Blue 500gb

Yes, EVGA 500B should be sufficient to run single R9 270X and some light OC. :)
