Hi, I have 2.40GHz supercomp processor, 1GB ram. No graphics and no hd monitor and most of the videos and all the types of games lag even some softwares also.

What to do?
I want a little cheap solution currently.

Pentium 4 CPU's are obsolete. Even when they were new 10 to 12 yrs ago they were slow. You need to upgrade to at least a Core 2 CPU. If you are on a tight budget I may be able to suggest parts that are pretty darn cheap.

first it was intel pentimum4, 3.00Ghz processor and 512 Mb of ram. 80Gb HHD, and most of the things ran smoothly but recently the processor blew up so for an emergency and dad's office work we installed the 2.40 processor as I told above
