it is taken after 1 min turning on my computer i think its realy overheat what u think about it? does turning on will heat like this?

You have two problems.
1) The PSU like other member said. Because +3.3V, +12V, and 5V has lower voltage value, they should be within +/- 5%.
2) The MB, it has only 3+1 power phase (VRMs), and the 760 chipset, the MB does not design for the FX 8 series cpu even the fx8 cpu is on the support list. https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?key=0AgN1D79Joo7tdE9xMUFlMEVWeFhuckJEVF9aMmtpUFE&gid=4 You should get the new MB like M5A97 (R2.0) or GA-970A-UD3P at least. If MB has lower power phase count, then it is will try to work hard to power the CPU, and that is why your MB is overheat.
