how to find sender of l-worm/swen.a

AVG recently found the l-worm/swen.a malware on our computer. It's listed as 28337874-000001B5.eml and shows that it was located in the windows live mail folder. I would like to find out who sent it but don't want to open the email. Is there a safe way to get this information?

We're using windows 7 business on a dell optiplex 620 computer.

This worm infects a person's computer and accesses their email contacts to send out infected emails. It is a good idea to find out who is sending it so you can notify them that their computer is infected. The worm can also try to steal the infected person's identity, so it's important to let them know.
