should i update my BIOS? does Updating my BIOS will fix any BUGS if there are any and will it improve system stability? and if you dont mind can you guide me? i used the Express install in Intel but its giving me a error that it could not update my BIOS

You should never update the BIOS unless the update fixes a specific problem you are experiencing.
The details of what a particular Intel BIOS version fixes should be in a text file included with the download.

Don't update the BIOS just hoping it will fix something.
