So, I am looking to buy this card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Would it be good for rendering, texturing, 3D modelling and running games like Battelfield , DayZ on high-ultra settings?
Thanks

I would like a little more memory. (4gb)

Why do you suggest this though?

4GB VRAM has nothing to do with slower GPU, some GT630 graphics cards also have 4GB VRAM.
If you play at 1080p than you don't need more than 2GB (most games utilizes 1.8GB VRAM on 1080p) and for 1440p 3GB is perfectly fine also GTX-780 is a GTX-Titan with less CUDA cores and VRAM.

Well that's nothing, my GPU also has higher clock about 1215MHz boost but it doesn't make my GPU any faster compared to GTX-770/780.

Well yes, but for rendering more memory is required for a faster, smoother render.

Most rendering programs use CPU for rendering, my friend has core i7 3770 CPU 16GB RAM and GTX-550ti for 3D modeling (3D Max, AutoCad) and he's happy with 1GB video card for rendering.

It depends on the kind. I render and code HSLS shaders. I also texture, and then rendering textured models in full HD can be pretty stressful. My CPU can handle basic mesh-type easily.

Oh! if you need VRAM more than just performance then go for GTX-770 4GB, or you can wait a bit until 6GB version of the GTX-780 come out. http://www.tomshardware.com/news/evga-gtx-780-6gb-nvidi...

No, "Lightning" version has only 2GB VRAM only "Gaming" has 2/4GB versions.
Go for 4GB "Gaming" card :)
