High temperatures with the H80i

So I have a mini-itx build in a cooler master elite 130. The mobo is the asus maximus vi impact, and it has an i5 4670K being cooled by a H80i. I tried to do a basic overclock to 4.3, but I saw temps near 100c after 5 minutes of a stress test with real bench. I found this pretty problematic, and decided to go back to defaults and run the test again. I saw the temperature get as high as 82-83 at stock clocks ( though its overdriving to 3.8 I think) during the 15 minute test. This doesn't seem like the numbers I should be getting. Any tips? I did change the fans out for the corsair LED ones, but they're the higher quality LED fans. I also had the stock intel cooler on it yesterday while testing parts. I wiped the coolant off the cpu with some cloth, but didn't use any remover. Will either of those contribute to these temps? Or did I just seat this thing wrong?

bump for the normal people who aren't awake at 3-4 am overclocking like me.

I reseated my cooler, wiped the thermal paste off, and applied some old zalman zm-stg1. My mobo read 31C on boot, but when I get into windows... Realtemp said like 44C. This doesn't seem right. The AI suite 3 software said it was about 32-33C. So I guess my temps went down a little? I'm not sure which is telling the truth.
