Zotac will performa better out of the box. But Asus is cool and quiet and will overclock better. Personally I like Asus. I'm able to have them overclocked when I want and leave them cool and quiet the rest of the time.

No - Asus is the coolest and quietest, Followed by Gigabyte.

That is correct, though there isn't much of a difference in cooling and noise between the cards, though everyone says it is. If the price of the Zotac card reasonably less then the Asus, then get the Zotac, there will be not much difference at all.

hard to say, though it will most likely be similar, or less depending on the cooler.

Yes your motherboard will support it but i am doubtful about that psu.Its a horrible brand psu.Never use indian brand psu for gaming.

don't know what PSU that is but what is the wattage? If it is greater then 250W, then you will be fine for the meantime.

alright, You will be fine, no need to get another PSU. The GTX 750 uses even less power, so no problem at all.

Ok fine then use it but then don't come here crying and complaining when one day it blows up.Its 450 watts but it barely even delivers 250watts.If someone can afford a 10k graphics card then he must surely be able to afford cheap decent psu like corsair vs450 or antec vp450 or seasonic 400 watts eco.

yes, but if it can support a GTX 650, it'll support a GTX 750Ti no problem.
