AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 630 Processor 2.8 GHz

Ram : 6.0 GB

System type : 64 bit Operating system

Graphics card : Sapphire R9 270

Dayz standalone is still in early alpha version. As such the performance is pretty horrible especially when you are inside buildings in a city.
The best way to find out is to buy the alpha and tweak it for your computer. I think it should work for you.

Hopefully they improve it a lot still as i get less than 20 fps in certain situations on an i7 3.5 with a 780ti graphics card on medium settings.

You can run it but it will probably be on low settings. Like stated above, even people with $1000 rigs have trouble with anything more than medium.

There are many known memory and vRAM leaks that completely kill the performance on the game.
