Solution
1. Create a user account if needed.
2. Go to the folder's sharing option, mark it shared, and assign permissions.
3. On the remote computer, using the file explorer, type in

\\<computer_name>\<share>

substituting the "computer_name" and "share"" with the main PC's computer name and share name you created and when promted for username and password, use the account information you did in step 1.

You didn't list the OS's of the computers. Google "windows administrative shares". Normally credentials should be on (user/password required). Win 7 has administrative shares disabled by default. There is a registry key that can be tweaked to turn them on. It's been a while since I've needed to do it, so I can't remember the registry key off hand. Afterwards, it would be accessed as \\<computer>\c$

Thank you so much. This worked for me. Instead of 'Everyone', how can I allow a particular computer to access it?

Thanks in advance!
