I've narrowed it down to a Sapphire Dual X R7 for my PC build. Are there any noticeable differences between the 265 and the 270 models of this line.

I can see a little differences here:
265 270
Core Clock 900MHz 920MHz
Boost Clock 925MHz 945MHz
Stream Processors 1024 1280

Wasn't sure what the differences in Core Clock, Boost Clock, and Stream Processors would have.
While having the memory size, memory clock, and memory interface being the same.

There is a 20 dollar increase from the 265 to the 270, is it worth it?

Also, I noticed that the PSU requirement is 500 watts, should I get a PSU that is 600 instead of a 500 watt one.

Games I am interested in are Final Fantasy XIV and Titanfall.

Thanks in advance.

My Build so far:
Intel i5 - 4570S
Corsair - 8gb Ram
Samsung 120 gb SSD
Seagate 3 TB HDD

Yes, r9 270 is probably worth it for the money, actually you can overclock r9 270 and it can be equal for the stock r9 270x performance :)

At 1080p resolution, if this is what you have, get the 270.
What PSU are you getting?

Corsair Builder Series CX 500 Watt is what I'm looking at, but didn't know if I should go higher.

That will do the trick, though it is a lower end Corsair.
