IS my PSU good enough?

Setup:
Gigabyte G41MT-S2P mobo
Intel Pentium Dual Core @3GHz - 65W w/ stock cooler
MSI GTX 750 Ti - 60W
Western Drive 320GB HDD
LG GH22NS70 DVD - ROM

PSU - 450W ATX P4

I know you might not be familiar with it, but it worked fine for 2 years, and had another one on an older PC that worked with no problem for 5+ years. BUT... SInce I got the new GPU I want to be sure I won't damage it...

If I'm not mistaken (which I probably am), the 12V rail suplies the CPU, GPU and aditional fans, right? If so, it should be enought, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.

It's a twin frozr model with no aditional connector required - doesn't even have a slot for one.

I should add that I already installed the card and it works well, never going oer 40 degrees C when stressed, but, as I said, i want to know it will not fail early because of the PSU. Also, I can't really afford anything at the time...
