Can 295x2 be crossfired with 7990 and 7970?

no because they are a COMPLETLY DIFRENT GPU since the r9 295x2 uses 2 hawaii gpu's while the 7970 and 7990 use tahati gpus not to mention the 295x2 does crossfire over pcie through the xdma engine with the 7970 and 7990 do it using a crossfire bridge
