PC not waking from sleep.

System specs are:

FX-6300
GA-990FXA-UD5
8GB Ballistix Sport
HD7850
128GB Crucial M4

CPU clock/voltage doesnt matter. On S3 PC wakes up but after hitting enter it freezes, or goes to desktop but there's nothing but wallpaper. On S1 PC wakes up but monitor won't turn on anymore.
Week ago i put it together, it's my first AMD build.
Any thoughts?

I don't recall if the Crucial M4 has issues waking up; perhaps clone it onto a mechanical drive just for testing, and see if it wakes up normally. If it does, perhaps there's a firmware update for your M4. The clone may be needed to restore the M4 after you flash it.

That M4 was also used in my old build and it didn't have any problems. But i'll try some day because that mobo also didn't like my HyperX Blus which worked well in my recent build.
