Do you use a VGA or DVI cable to connect your computer to your monitor? Are the screws tightened in? Try plugging your display cable into your Mobo's IO, see if it works. Have you been fiddling with your GPU when you were looking inside your computer, has it popped out of the PCI port? These are just some suggestions, hope it helps.

Is your GPU properly inserted into it's PCI-E slot? (do the fans spin on it when you turn it on) If not try reseating it and reconnecting your PCI-E power pins.

Also check if your monitor is on the setting to detect the input signal you're using (a lot of monitors make you switch manually between HDMI, DVI, displayport etc.) Re-plug in all your cables just to be sure and/or try spare ones.

Is your GPU properly seated in the Mobo? Maybe when you were looking around in there you bumped it or something. Make sure all your power/other connector cables are in there properly, and not damaged. Also, next time it shows up "no input" or whatever it says, use the buttons on the physical monitor to select your input as DVI. What monitor do you have?

Take out your GPU and plug it back it and it should work properly then. Sounds like all the contact points on the card aren't making proper contact.
