My CPU is getting really high temps, so in this forum people recommend me to put my cpu fan(COOLER MASTER HYPER 412 PWM) at high speed, and I did it, but not sure if that thing could damage the cpu fan. thanks for the answers

thanks for the reply, well yeah thats what I say to, I´ve already changed the thermal paste, the cooler and a better case with 3 fans, but the cpu is getting hot, I mean when Im giving a hard use it gets really high(Im using the windows 7 gadget temperature CPU and RAM) when Im in gaming the cpu gets hot for like 1 min or 40 secs then go back to the normal way for 5 min and again gets hot for 40secs-1 min. is really annoying deal with this.

My motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-h61m-s1 rev. 2.1, socket lga1155
Case: Cooler Master Storm Scout 2(with 3 fans: 1 at the front, 1 at the rear and 1 at the broadside)
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 412 PWM
Thermal Paste: The therman which cames with the Cpu cooler 412
Graphic Card: GTX 550 TI
RAM: 4gb HyperX Blue

THE TEMPS:
when im using google chrome or some basic program 0.5-12%
when Im in gaming: 30-40%(which is normal and i understand, even when gets close to 50%), BUT the problem is goes from 30-40% to 65-78%

Many people in this forum told me, it can be a airflow management, but Im not sure i think the problem is the CPU or the mobo, I really dont know

I recently bought those 3 things. 2 weeks ago. I bought it cause the cpu was getting high temps to with the old case/cpu stock fan/thermal paste(which I thought that was the problem)

Yes, let's see some of your high temps that have you concerned. That case and cooler should not be giving anything but great temps. If not, you may have a mtg issue with the CPU to heat sync. Or improper TIM application.

mmm I dont think so, the guy who put the CPU fan and apply the paste was a technician in this stuff

actual temperature. Well the fact is when the meter goes to 70-80% the pc gets really slow :S

Oh. You didn't do it yourself? Let's see the temps (in C) that you were getting.

By the way, that meter show me the usage or the temp?. Well the fact is when the meter goes to 65-78% the pc gets really slow :S

The CPU meter when you hit alt+Ctrl+delete or use the gadget in windows 8 shows CPU usage. its calculating something when you see a high number, while there is some relation between CPU usage and CPU temp this is not a temp reading.

Ok thanks for your patience, I discover that is not the temp, is the usage. shame on me

I mean, when Im gaming for example
the temp 39-41 totally acceptable, but the "meter of usage gadget" goes to 70. So, what can I do to solve that problem, buy more ram or what?
