Two questions: 1. Will Crucial Ballistix Sport BLS2CP4G3D1609DS1S00 be compatible with my Holly2 MoBo with an overclocked AMD A6-3670K APU. and 2. will I have to change my bios to get it to run at 1600?

Yes RAM is compatible with motherboard but better to get 1866MHz RAM for an APU :)
