Without knowing the system specs I can't give any specific recommendations but you can run the numbers through here: http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp
Good idea to aim for quality: Antec, Silverstone (not the 'essential' series), Seasonic, Corsair (not the'CX' series, XFX, Rosewill (Capstone series) and FSP are in the top tier.
Modular is nice, semi modular is less expensive and for most probably the most practical layout.

A lot is going to depend on the graphics card you pick since that is going to need the most power. If you can post your system specs we can help you out better.

A good quality 650w PSU that is 80 PLUS certified should be enough for your needs, but if you ever plan on running that 780 in SLI I would recommend getting a 850W or higher 80 PLUS gold certified PSU.

Edit: You need to make sure you have at least 45Amps on a +12Volt Rail to run the 780. I would go with either one of these.

Get the Corsair CS650M http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00GN8VZ7U. I've actually got this exact PSU powering a 4770K with a 780Ti. It is a most excellent PSU for the price which is what Corsair was going with when they created the CS series.
