Hello.

So. I have this GTX 770 and my overall fps is quite low such as in DayZ were it is in the 20's.
I think its my old CPU there is bottlenecking me but im not quite sure.
My specs is:
MOBO: Asus M4A77T
GPU: GTX 770
CPU: AMD Phenom(TM) II x4 955
Ram: 8 GB Mixed
Power supply: 750W
Can u guys help me :) ?

if you can try and overclock your cpu and see if it gives you a fps boost. If it does then you know it a cpu bottleneck, if it doesn't then you know you have another issue.

It's certainly not the GPU, as I have one, as well. I would have to guess it's the CPU. But DayZ is early-access, which is to say it's still very poorly optimized. So it's not running perfectly on anyone's machine yet.

I don't know what kind of options that game gives you, but I'd turn off antialiasing for now, if you can. That should give you some FPS back. If not, then it's certainly a CPU issue.

have you tried any other games to see if you still have low fps? Like dstarr said I could be a poorly optimized game right now
