In the summer I'm planning to build a PC for gaming,  live streaming and making YouTube videos but gaming is the most important thing. I will be gaming at 1080p and playing games like Titanfall, Arma 3, Next car game,  Splinter cell blacklist, assassin's creed black flag and Grid Autosport. I want to be able to play these games on high/ ultra settings at 30FPS but 60 would be nice. Will this be good for what I want to do?

Here is my build

My main question is, will the CPU be any good for gaming? I have heard many different opinions on this CPU but I would like to hear from someone who owns it. I would also like to point out that I'm not going to be overcloking.

EDIT: Forgot to mention I would like the CPU to last me 3-4 years before I have to upgrade it. Mainly due to the fact upgrading would probably mean having to switch motherboard and that means removing a lot of parts and putting them back in.

Solution
Everything but the motherboard and power supply look great :) Will get you High/Ultra in everything. I play with my 760 maxed out in all games, my lowest performance I get is in Far Cry 3 with 40 FPS maxed out.

For that budget, you must get a Intel i5 4670k or Intel i7-4770k, Intel CPU's are optimize for gaming because they beat AMD CPU's in single threaded performance. Intel i7 or i5 is best for video editing

The MSI 970 boards are cooled very poorly, and the CX series isn't very good quality. The Enermax here is semi-modular, and better quality :)

They are; with their higher end models. The AX/GS/HX/TX are all great quality, but the CX uses small, cheaply made capacitors that aren't recommended.

Enermax, FSP, SeaSonic, and Super Flower are probably the best OEMs of power supplies. Corsair doesn't actually make any of their power supplies,
