You can use any GPU clocking software to do it. I'm not familiar with the AMD cards and voltages, I know NVIDIA locks them. But if using afterburner:

Download the beta version of Afterburner
In settings, make sure 'Unlock Voltage Control' is checked.
Close Afterburner, and go to the profile folder in the install file, and open up the profile for your card.
Add the following below [Settings]

VDDC_IR3567B_Detection = 32h
VDDC_IR3567B_Output = 0
MVDDC_IR3567B_Detection = 32h
MVDDC_IR3567B_Output = 1

Save and close, then go open Afterburner back up. You should now be allowed to adjust the voltage slider.

Because I had a 7970 XFX before and it had a problems with BSOD'ing, and slightly undervolting it fixed it. I used ASUS GPU tweak then - and it was as simple as to slide a slider - thats how i expect to do it :) (this card has the same problem)

Thanks ;) - I'll try. Of course :) - I'll install the drivers from MSI's website instead and try those, if same issues occur - then i'll try to undervolt
