I kind of have a feeling the clocking is a bit high, but yet I know nothing about pc's. So I just wanted to have a bit of reassurance. My clock is set to 1072 on default. and my voltage sometimes goes up to 1200 ish. http://i.imgur.com/Mt2SJA5.jpg

What GPU do you have? The voltage is just fine, and if you're not getting any freezes/crashes, the clock rate is just fine as well.

That version of the graphics card is factory overclocked, which means the clocks are a little higher than what Nvidia specified. But Asus have tested it and since you're not overclocking it yourself, the warranty is not affected.

Looks like an Asus GTX 760-DC2OC-GD5, which runs at up to 1072 MHz core and 6008 MHz memory (effective). Exactly what it's sitting at in that screenshot.
