Hello fellow Tech-Heads,

Recently I have come across an issue that has confused me. My friend bought an Asus desktop (Intel Core i5-3570K, 16GB (4x 4GB), NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660, 3GB) and he has a button on his PC which says ''Speed' and when he presses that he gets around 300 FPS on max graphics League of Legends where as I built my own pc (Intel Core i7-4770k, G.Skill TridentX DDR3 2400mhz 16GB 2x8 and Inno3D Geforce GTX 780 HerculeZ X3 Ultra) and I only get 200 FPS with max graphics? What is going on??

My first thought would be resolution
What resolution are each of you playing on?

Also, are your Nvidia Drivers up to date?

-------------------------------------
P.S. Is 200fps not excessive enough anyway? =D

That would make sense I know I havent overclocked mine, so it is at 3.5 ghz but I didnt think that overclocking would give 100 fps more....

His "speed" button is overclocking his CPU, League of Legends is CPU bound so he will get a significantly higher framerate from a faster CPU.

If he opens up CPU-Z when he presses the "Speed" button, you will notice the Clock Frequency will raise.
