I have to blow out dust in my tower every 2 weeks or so. If i dont, it gets really loud under stress. There will be a nice loud whirring sound from the fan (im fairly sure its the gpu fan) and when im done blowing it out it goes back to normal. Is this reasonable or should i move it? Is it a problem with the fan?

Is it on the floor? If it is, move it higher - on the desk.

What cooling setup does your computer have? A negative pressure setup (more exhaust fans than intake) will cause more dust to be sucked in through all the holes on the case as opposed to a positive pressure setup.

If your computer is on the floor and you have space to put it on a desk then it wouldn't hurt to do so :)

My PC is on a desk, but it's right next to a window with wooden blinds that electrically attract dust, so it still gets dusty. There is a noticeable layer of dust inside the case, and I've only had it for a few weeks. :(

Every two weeks does seem like a lot to me. Do your fans have dust filters? I have white case and only have to clean it about every month but I do not have it sitting on the floor it is on a file cabinet so the bottom of the tower is about knee high.
