Hello

I'm new to these forums, I tried to create an account on PCGamer but it seems as though their registration is down.

I currently have:
OS: Windows 7 64bit
Processor: AMD Phenom Quad Core (i think 2.5-7)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-MA790X-DS4
Graphics Card: nVidia GeForce 8800GT
Ram: 6GB
HDD: 300GB

I've been getting into PC gaming again, its been more than a couple years. I'm rusty on all the new tech, terms and building. Its been years since I looked into anything PC component wise, so I'm lost in all the new gadgets.

I've been playing a lot of Counter-Strike: Source lately and have fallen in love all over again. Playing CS:S, I get average 80-150 FPS constant (with all settings on high, AA, etc.). Which is great, I love the feel, its not choppy and very smooth, a lot smoother then what I was used to 5 years back.

I'm just now getting into the newer version of Counter-Strike: Source, which is Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, which is a bit more demanding game. With this setup I currently have, I'm only averaging 20-60 FPS, which is very choppy at times, with everything on low settings.

My motherboard supports Dual PCI-E 2.0 x16 graphics interfaces with ATI CrossFireX™ (When the CrossFireX™ technology is enabled, the PCIE_16_1 slot will operate in x8 mode. If you are installing a single PCI Express x16 graphics card, please install it in the PCIE_16_1 slot for optimum performance.)

I would like to know, what inexpensive graphics cards are out there that can give me FPS around 80-150 to play as smooth as I do on CS:S

Thank you in advance!

*EDIT* Crossfire is not required, but I would be interested. I'm on a budget. =)
