Computer has system lock ups at completely random times.

I recently built a new computer (specs listed below) but am experiencing full system lock ups at random intervals. Sometimes it will go a couple days without a single freeze, other times it will go only 10 min. The entire system freezes up, I lose all sound, video locks, and am unable to perform any commands. This can only be fixed with a hard reset. I have gone through and checked the ram, stress-tested the video card and CPU, and redone all connections to verify everything is seated correctly. The temperatures are always within a good range 40-50c. I recently did a full clear and reinstallation of windows, to which it responded with another lock up. This only happens once the computer has fully booted up and accessed windows and have never had this prior to windows starting. Any help as to what could be causing this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello how are you? Can you remember the last thing you did before the lock up happened? Or any common thing you noticed which happens before the lock up? Did you make sure that the Windows was properly installed and that there was no error given during the installation? Are there any password set on HDD or anything in the BIOS?

As stated in the original post, the lock ups are completely random. There is no common occurrence that leads to the lock ups. Windows was correctly installed as I even cleared/reinstalled windows and it fixed nothing. There are no passwords on either the hdd or the bios though I don't see how that could relate to the lock ups that I'm experiencing.

The password set on hdd can lock the hard drive in the middle of work and windows will no longer be able to function as all the HDD and it's services are locked. Seems like a motherboard problem, can you try your components in another system?
