Lost files due to Windows instalation

hello have a problem, my old ssd crashed and i got a replacement for it. Installed windows 7 on it no problem, but all of the files on my two other drives are just gone. any idea what could have caused it and how to recover them?

Go into Windows Disk Management and see if you can see them there:

Start>
Run>
diskmgmt.msc
Enter

You may just need to assign drive letters to them in Disk Mgmt.

Do the drives with the data on spin up? Do they seem physically undamaged? The first thing I think of is electrical damage, which would explain why all of the drives were affected.

Yes they spin up, and i dont thik there any physicall damage. the whole pc was just sitting in the corner while i waited for new ssd. they are just empty
