need a decent gpu+psu

i require a good gpu+psu combination to play recent game title like FIFA14, cod, bf4etc.
i have the following configuration-
INTEL core 2 Duo 2.2 GHz processor
INTEL E4500 motherboard
Windows7 ultimate 64 bit
2 GB RAM
i thought of upgrading my whole cpu but due to shortage of money i am upgrading my only gpu+psu.I am thinking of buying Sapphire hd 7770 1gb gddr5 n antec vp600 or vp450 psu. please tell me is this alright? i know that hd7770 will bottle-necked by my processor but how much it will affect my gpu's performance. please reply me as soon as possible coz i am going to buy gpu+psu within next 24-36 hrs.

I am going to buy new rig which is
AMD FX 6300,Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P
Corsair Vengeance 4 GB 1600 MHz RAM And going to buy HD7770 gpu.
As there is shortage of money i am going to buy all parts one by one so to play games i thought that i would bettr upgrade my gpu first which can be used for my new upgraded rig. now i just want to know how much will it affect my performance with c2d processor i.e, existing configuration. can i atleast play FIFA14 on it??????
