I think you were told that a hugely powerful PSU is just about sufficient for an 84w Intel Core i7 CPU. Whoever you listened to was a fool. Plus, that board is unnecessary for something to do office work on. Anyway, here is my recommended build

This is cheaper and better for your selected setup. The case is silence optimized, so it won't irritate you whilst doing some work on it. The Power Supply Unit is also very good. It's made by a reputable brand, it is modular (No cable clutter) and is just right for your system. There's no need for that much power for a low wattage setup. Enjoy.

Thanks for the advice, but the thing is I want this to be a gaming setup later in the future. I want to use a single high end video card and maybe that 400W power supply won't be enough. I will use integrated temporarily because I want to save up money

What in the world are you doing needing a cpu so fast, but no video card? I agree that 300-400w is more than enough, but I would get the B85 chipset over the H81 for more sata III and USB 3.0 ports.

Thank you for your insightful suggestion, but as I said, I want to add a high end video card later in the future so before that I will temporarily use integrated. I want to be sure that my power supply will be enough, and a lot of high end cards suggest a 750w PSU, so I considered that just in case.

The i7 4770 is not a good value. The Xeon e3-1230v3 offers 99% of the performance for $70 less. The little GT630 would be much stronger than the i7's igpu until you could save up enough to get a high end card. Then you could sell the GT630 for $30-40 later.
