Alrighty so, I just want to know whats what problem here. I used to be able to record 70fps @ 1080p ATLEAST on any game with fraps. Now I understand that is an unnecessary amount of FPS to record in, however I'm just giving you an idea on how I USED to be able to go up to. I now can only go up to 45 recording now. This has happened ever since I changed my Hardrive SATA slot. Does the is the SATA slot really matter?

Link to my motherboard ----> http://www.asrock.com/mb/intel/b75%20pro3/

I have a 7200rpm Harddrive and an SSD (Samsung 840 Evo on rapid mode)
- i7 3770k 3.5ghz Processor

Reason why I changed the sata slot was cause my new GPU was ******* huge, so I had to change it so it can fit. Any help will be appreciated :)

According the the user manual for your motherboard, only 3 of your SATA ports are version 3 (double the speed of SATA 2), the rest are all SATA 2 ports.

The manual indicates the SATA 3 ports should all be colored grey and the SATA 2 ports are all black. So if you moved the drives from a grey to a black port that's likely the cause of your fraps slowdown. Hope that helps.
