Game takes so long to load

Why do games take so long to load? This problem has recently occurred. There has been no hardware changes since the last time when it was fine. When I used to open games such as ACIV, Thief and Arkham Origins, it used to load for 5-10 seconds. Now it takes around 2 minutes. How do I fix this problem?

Looks like you have programs running on the background, while you're gaming. Or there is a nasty virus using up all the HDD's resources.

I suggest you to try TuneUp Utilities 2014, great program for computer maintenance!

I use it myself and it has been doing a great job in keeping my computer fresh everyday.
