How to improve air flow?

I can't install 120mm fans on the side of my case so how can I increase airflow/decrease temperature?

1) get the bigger fans in front or rear.

3) get the bigger case.

With a better CPU cooler. What temps are you seeing?
Post your motherboard model and your computer case model, and your CPU model.

I purchased a Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo for about $31 and it lowered my CPU temp at full load (Using Boinc Client) by 20c on the CPU.

Everyone's case and situation is different, so you might not get the same results as I did in my case, but you would improve.

I have MSI blitz case and I going to to get Hyper evo 212 but I still worry the temperature. Should I worry about my case temperature? I'm planning to spend 30 dollar to get 2 nzxt fan (15dollar each) for top exhaust fan. Get this fan Cooler Master SickleFlow 120 - Sleeve Bearing 120mm Blue LED Silent Fan http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103060 because it is quiet 19bBA and more airflow 69CFM (max).
